*They are not legally permitted to have foreign teachers but they bribe local officials to get visas
*They promised me a 5000 RMB monthly salary and I got 900 RMB after working as much as 60 classes a week at times
*My "private" apartment became a place for the bossˇä relatives to live in occasionally
*One teacher came here and was here for four months without work and was thrown out on the street when she found work elsewhere to get enough money to live
*I can easily nail them on at least 30 different contract violations

They refer to some corrupt practices by school staff, reported by several teachers who worked there. These include breached contracts, refusing to pay salaries on time, impoper, and illegal deductions, illegal visa practices, etc. I suggest you may want to think twice befoe letting any agent pressure you to go there quickly. It's along way back. Make sure you have the money to get back on your own if you go.

I have just left the School along with all of the other teachers. This is because the School has told us that they will change our contracts next semester (although they run until July). Under the new agreement our wages will be almost halved, the end of year bonus will be massively reduced, and we must start paying for our apartments.
We have been told 'sign or leave', so I'm off! I wish that I'd have paid heed to all of the warnings on the net.
