Dogs living in the school and deficating all over the place. Also running around and begging for food while you try to eat. 5. Students and teachers smoke in class. 6. Students allowed to go to town and return drunk and disorderly. 7.Equipment in a state of disrepair, especially in living quarters. 8.I have personal knowledge that one female student was assaulted by a male student.
