| wonderful place: Zhuhai | ||
| The city of Zhuhai is a fine place and the weather is excellent all the year round. The Zhuhai Polytechnic College is probably the best place I have ever taught in. The conditions are great and the salary is high. They have a large swimming pool and six tennis courts, and of course basketball courts and soccer pitches. I enjoyed teaching there since the conditions were fine and modern and the students cooperative and friendly. The Administration are just and honest and will not mistreat you.This college will soon be a university in coming years and buildings are going up everywhere in their forward planning. If you are looking for a good place to teach give them a call. They will welcome you. Just remember that they want good hard working qualified teachers. Useless people don't hang around here for long. So, if you are a professional teacher and know your job well, you will have no trouble here. It is really a great place to live in and work. The Vice Director, Mr Yang is a very gentle and kind man, honest to an extreme. He has been a joy to deal with. I'm returning to Australia in a week's time for two years, but I'm certain I'll be back. G John Murphy |
