| Heng Feng Foreign Languages School Alright here is the skinny, I have not worked at the school, but it is well known in Harbin City as one of the worse schools in the city. The only school that ranks below it is Fraser Valley. The basic and Primary problem with Heng Feng is the owner doesn't know how to run a business. She is currently on the skids and is going bankrupt. Complaints I have heard from the other teachers: *They won't get you a work Visa... they claim they can't...which is a lie but the owner really doesn't care. *They never pay you the correct amount for your overtime ever...or for your basic salary. Every payday is a battle royal to the end in order to get the money they owe in your salary. *Side note on the salary...it isn't a salary you are paid, you are paid essentailly per hour...your pay is calculated with some bizzare formula that doesn't make sense. *Teachers are paid 46 rmb an hour... do the math, that sucks. *The past 3 teachers hired she has refused to pay and have since been deported or moved onto other schools. There are much better schools in Harbin. It is a wonderful city...I would avoid this school with my life. |
